We are currently undertaking the exciting project of building a 1700 m² house from the ground up. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities: - oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction project, from initiation to execution and completion. - plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule. - handle the preparation and review of project bids and the negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts. - ensure the successful execution of construction projects - execute the control and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements. - work closely with stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, in order to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources and manage budgets.
