My client, an Award Winning Global Investment Platform, is looking for an Operations Executive to join their SIPP Onboarding team on a full-time permanent basis in Bath.
The firm is experiencing a period of significant growth, including a recent platform upgrade and ongoing European expansion project - making it a particularly exciting time to join.
About the Role:
* Support the administration of the SIPP, processing client instructions accurately and efficiently
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, advisers, and third parties, resolving queries and complaints with professionalism
* Deliver high-quality service by prioritising daily tasks and maintaining strong service standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, enhance the customer journey, and strengthen overall team performance
* Identify and manage process risks while ensuring compliance with regulations, data security, and internal controls
* Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback, supporting onboarding initiatives, and driving operational excellence
About You:
* Have knowledge of SIPP processing
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong data and analytical processing skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Ability to work well individually and as a part of a team to achieve team and personal objectives
