EQUANS is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team based in either Stoke-on-Trent or Central London. This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday with a 30‑minute unpaid break. The role is hybrid, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Personal Assistant will provide overall administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of a large national account.
What will you deliver?
* Maintain efficient office administration processes to ensure a smooth and efficient service is delivered to the Managing Director and team members.
* Organise and produce complex (confidential) papers and reports for the Director and team.
* Undertake multi‑diary management and plan schedules in diaries to optimise the working day of allocated team members.
* Screen incoming mail, telephone calls, emails and messages and manage responses directly on behalf of the executive team, as necessary.
* Prepare documents and presentations as required.
* Arrange and attend meetings/conferences as required, record actions, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised.
* Prepare agendas and reports for meetings and support the Director by chasing activity, reports and outcomes from meetings.
* Co‑coordinate and, where needed, book travel and accommodation for the team.

Who are we looking for?
* Driven individual who can work proactively to resolve issues and support a wide range of needs.
* Prior experience in a similar role essential.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple activities at any one time.
* Rounded educational background with direct experience in financial and operational administration.
* Experience in both finance and workflow administration desirable.
* Excellent IT skills with Microsoft applications, SAP and other in‑house IT management systems.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Demonstrate good time‑management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures.
* Highly motivated, organised, versatile and adaptable.
* Must have a full, valid UK driving licence.
