You’ll be part of a forward-thinking sexual health team that values inclusivity, innovation, and compassion. This position is a fixed term/secondment role until 31 st March 2026. Leeds Sexual Health is an integrated service, and our partners are Leeds Teaching hospital, Leeds GP Confederation and Forum Central. Leeds Sexual Health is a busy and dynamic service offering a wide range of services such as STI testing & treatments, contraception advice & provision, pregnancy testing and support, care after sexual assault, vaccinations and care to vulnerable and high-risk groups. About the Role: As Rota Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing clinical and non-clinical rotas across our sexual health service. Working closely with service leads, clinicians, and administrative teams, you’ll ensure adequate coverage while responding quickly to last-minute changes and challenges. Your work will help ensure that patients have access to timely, high-quality care. About You: - Proficient on Healthroster - Proficient on SystmOne - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Experience in rota management or a similar admin role - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Adaptable and calm under pressure The Rota Coordinator role is pivotal in service provision and to our wider colleagues, junior staff, nursing and medical trainees. You will work closely with the Management Support Officer, Operational Lead and Nurse Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of clinics. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and maintain the monthly staff rotas - Ensure suitable lists are added to SystmOne - Overview of the waiting list function on SystmOne and amend lists to manage the demand - Liaise with service managers to identify staffing needs and ensure safe cover - Respond to rota gaps, absences, and urgent changes efficiently - Support induction planning of new starters, trainee Doctors and medical students. - Contribute to service improvement initiatives If you are wishing to apply for a secondment, please ensure you have your current line managers approval prior to applying.
