About the Role
As a General Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong classroom management and adaptability
* Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential
