The Opportunity
In this regional HR leadership role, the People Partner is instrumental in embedding a robust people plan across a designated area, driving recruitment, retention, engagement, and development to deliver exceptional business performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Partnering with regional leaders to implement effective people strategies aligned with business goals
2. Coaching and supporting managers through all stages of the employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management
