They’re now looking for an Engineering Change Specialist to play a critical role in managing obsolescence and driving design improvements across complex, safety-critical products.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading investigations into obsolescence and design change issues across live products
* Managing engineering change processes, from root cause through to implementation
* Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and external stakeholders
* Producing technical documentation, reports, and presenting change reviews
What they’re looking for:
* Experience in engineering change, configuration, or obsolescence management
* Strong problem-solving / root cause analysis (8D, RCA) skills
* Background in aerospace, defence, or complex manufacturing environments
* Someone who enjoys working on challenging, real-world engineering problems
