Our client is seeking a dynamic Programme Director to play a pivotal role in driving maturity and innovation within a digital healthcare services provider in London. The organisation has established partnerships with other healthcare providers, including the NHS, and is looking for a skilled Programme Director to lead the implementation of new technologies and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading organisational, technological, and cultural transformation within the business. Working closely with senior clinicians and healthcare professionals, the Programme Director will be instrumental in enhancing patient outcomes and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include establishing a PMO function, providing mentorship on business change, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Programme Director will also collaborate with key stakeholders, including the CEO, CMO, and investors, to align business objectives and drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, a proven track record in delivering organisational change, and the ability to drive operational excellence within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a superb opportunity for a Programme Director who is capable of delivering organisational, technology and cultural change. The digitally based business has seen rapid growth over the past 6 years and has now reached a stage of maturity where improved processes and ways of working need to be introduced to support the healthcare clinicians who are currently working in the business, with a goal of achieving improved patient outcomes and improved profitability. The incoming Programme Director will operate across the entire business, looking at existing systems, processes and ways of working, before working with clinicians and stakeholders to create a new operating model capable of supporting very ambitious business growth plans. The Programme Director will also work with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer and also business investors.
