As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations to support production schedules and customer commitments. You will lead and develop the warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.
As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Leading daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and material staging
2. Ensuring accurate inventory through cycle counts, discrepancy root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions
3. Coordinating timely material flow to manufacturing lines to support production schedules and prevent shortages
4. Managing, developing, and engaging warehouse personnel through training, scheduling, and performance management
5. Enforcing health, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining equipment and safe working practices
6. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise layout, workflow, and productivity while reducing waste
7. Managing ERP/WMS transactions, documentation, and audit‑ready records for warehouse operations
8. Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, working with carriers to resolve delivery and shipment issues

9. Have relevant experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced environment
10. Have strong leadership and team‑management capability
11. Have proven experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes
12. Have knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence principles
13. Have a solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements
14. Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational decisions
15. Have clear written and verbal communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset
16. Have forklift certification or the ability to obtain it
Work in a way that works for you
This role follows a structured on‑site working pattern of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:00 and Friday 07:30–13:00, supporting effective collaboration and operational delivery.
