The Screwfix Marketing Graduate Programme is your chance to explore every side of modern marketing—where creative ideas meet data-driven decision-making. Over two years, you’ll rotate across key marketing and PR disciplines, gaining hands-on experience and building the skills you need to become a confident, well-rounded marketing professional.

What you’ll be doing
Across the programme, you’ll experience marketing from every angle and develop practical, transferable skills, including:
* Campaign management – Take campaigns from brief to delivery, coordinating content creation, media production, and photoshoots while building strong relationships across teams and managing budgets.
* Marketing planning – Help build and maintain the Customer Plan, ensuring all channel activity is aligned, customer-focused, and insight-led.
* In-store & local marketing – Support new store openings and local campaigns, using data and insight to fine-tune plans and deliver standout launches.
* Public relations – Work with our PR team and agencies to turn bright ideas into brilliant results—writing press releases, managing deadlines, and reporting on performance.
* Social media – Get hands-on with our social channels, helping create engaging content, maintain a consistent brand voice, and track performance as part of our wider marketing strategy.
