Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a dynamic and rewarding role? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of Secondary Schools across Derby to start ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover staff to build confidence, develop classroom management skills, and make a real impact on students\' learning.
Responsibilities
* Supervising classes across a range of subjects during teacher absences
* Ensuring pupils remain on task with the work set by teaching staff
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Providing feedback to teaching staff and recording any incidents
Requirements
* Previous experience working with young people is desirable
* A confident and professional manner
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
