Covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, youll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings Service and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely Complete job reports and documentation accurately Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery Travel between sites across the Swindon region Skills & Experience Required: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) Experience working within commercial maintenance or facilities management essential Strong fault-finding xjlbheb and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of water systems, pumps, and pipework installations Excellent communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence essential Whats on Offer: Salary between £36,000 £38,000 per annum Company van fuel card Monday to Friday working hours Overtime available for additional earnings Training and development opportunities within a growing FM business
