Visit our website to find out more about who we are: https://www.autism.org.uk/ About the Team Our Learning and Organisational Development (LOD) team is responsible for ensuring all colleagues receive the right learning, at the right time, in the right way. We support the organisation’s strategy by delivering high-quality learning solutions, building capability, and enabling our workforce to meet service, regulatory and operational requirements. About the Role As a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and evaluating learning interventions across the organisation. You’ll work in partnership with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs, support performance and capability improvement, and embed a culture of continuous learning. This is a varied role where you will use data, insight, and best practice to drive effective learning solutions that enable colleagues to deliver high-quality services. What You’ll Do Act as a key point of contact providing LOD advice and guidance to managers on workforce development, training and performance Design and deliver learning interventions across the full learning cycle, from induction through to leadership development Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement learning solutions that meet organisational and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For Experience working in a Learning & Development or Organisational Development role Strong understanding of learning approaches, adult learning principles, and the full learning cycle Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise others Ability to analyse and present data to inform decision-making and improvement Click here for the Job Description This role is for a full-time position at 35 hours per week.
