A Typical Day in the Job: Provide 1st level IT support to Senior Technicians onsite and offsite Installing and configuring a wide range of hardware and software Use TeamViewer for remote access Communicate with customersthrough Naveris, Teams and face to face Conduct Server & Data backups Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
