Role Description: Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer engagement? We are one of the UK’s leading motor trade insurance brokers. You’ll be the first point of contact for a national customer base of motor trade professionals, including car dealerships, vehicle repair shops, and service centres. This is a telephone-based sales support role where building rapport, understanding client needs, and gathering accurate information is key to our continued success.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for a national customer base of motor trade professionals by telephone.
* Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and gather accurate information to support sales and service delivery.
* Support sales activities and contribute to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Salary: up to £30,000 Dependent on experience
