Assistant Chef (Care Home)

Pay: £14.95 per hour (based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and workload organisation
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, food safety procedures, and requirements from the registering authority
Assist with cost control and efficient use of resources
Help prepare and review menus, considering residents' dietary needs and special requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
