Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Head of Litigation to oversee and manage a variety of litigation cases within the firm including Housing Disrepair, Enforcements, General Litigation under £100k and Tenancy Deposits.

This role pays a competitive salary of £75,000 - £80,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as Head of Litigation:
* Lead and manage the Litigation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
* Oversee a diverse caseload including:
* Housing disrepair claims
* Tenancy deposit disputes
* Enforcement actions
* General Litigation
* Develop litigation strategies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations.
About you as Head of Litigation:
* Qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales) with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, ideally with a strong background in housing law.
* Proven experience managing a legal team or department.
* Expertise in housing disrepair, tenancy deposit claims, and enforcement procedures.
* Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for access to justice.
