The Role: Teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Maths to students with additional social, emotional, and behavioural needs Creating engaging, supportive, and accessible lessons tailored to individual learning styles Using a trauma-informed approach to manage and support challenging behaviours Building strong, positive relationships with students to encourage both academic and personal development About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 Confident in managing challenging behaviour in a calm, empathetic manner Knowledge or experience of trauma-informed teaching practices A team player with a genuine passion for inclusive education This is a full-time role starting immediately, with the opportunity to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
