SEN Primary Teacher - Hammersmith and Fulham

We are working closely with a warm and welcoming Primary school in Hammersmith and Fulhamthat is keen to expand its pool of talented teachers. This is a school where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn—and they’re looking for teachers who share that passion for creating joyful learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils in KS1 or KS2 classrooms—either within small groups or on 1:1 SEN support
* Being able to identify clear teaching objectives, lessons, content, and structure that is appropriate to the subjects and the children being taught.
* Providing feedback to children and parents to help in their education development.
* Support children with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
* Collaborate with class teachers, teaching assistants, and the SENCO to deliver individualised learning experiences.
Requirements:
* Experience working with primary-age children in either mainstream or SEN settings
* DBS certificate or willing to apply one through Teaching Personnel
* Must hold a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Must have the Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
