Main Purpose of Job
To assist in all operational aspects of Mill Farm Hospitality Venues, ensure the smooth running of the department, and offer exceptional customer service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Welcome guests. Handle all inquiries made in person or over the phone to the standards of Mill Farm.
* Serve meals & drinks to guests.
* Assist in the setup and maintenance of all service areas and the storage of deliveries.
* Notify the Manager or deputy when stocks/supplies are low.
* Maintain an effective reservations program.
* Adhere to all Mill Farm standards in every interaction with guests, colleagues, and external contacts.
Ideal Applicant
* Experience is preferred but not essential.
* Well-presented and confident in dealing with customers.
* Flexible and available to work at short notice.
* Honesty and reliability are essential.
