Qualified Social Worker, Mental Health Team
Pay rate up to £32.52 per hour
Contract role,
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Mental Health Team in Haringey.
1. Excellent assessment skills
2. Be able to work with service user and carers in times of crisis
3. Work with individuals and families in an outcome focused way using a Strength Based approach - To manage a caseload of varied complexity
4. To work within, and advocate for, principles of non-discriminatory practice to ensure equality of access for service users with mental ill health to mainstream provision where appropriate
5. To be able to establish and maintain links with professionals from other services and sectors of the community
6. a current and up to date knowledge of research, policies and best practice which you will maintain throughout your time in Haringey
7. a commitment to continued learning and professional development
8. to be willing to contribute to the smooth running of the team and support with team development
