Are you a Design Team Leader or similar with knowledge of SolidWorks and a background in joinery or woodworking, looking to join an ambitious company where you will be responsible for a team of designers, using your leadership abilities and technical skills to contribute to the company's rapid growth?
On offer is the chance to join a newly established but highly reputable bespoke joinery company that supplies various, high quality joinery products to businesses. They are looking for a new Design Team Leader to help the company achieve their goal of becoming the biggest bespoke joinery company in London within the next 5 years.
This role involves contributing to the design of the products along with managing the 2 other members of the design team. You will be managing everything in the design team; from scheduling to meeting with clients. As head of the department, you'll ultimately be responsible for the team's success.
This position would suit a Design Team Leader or similar with a background in SolidWorks looking to join an ambitious, high quality joinery company where you can use your leadership skills and technical ability to drive the company forward.
The Role:
* Utilising SolidWorks to develop high quality bespoke joinery products
* Leading a team of 2 other designers
* Managing project scheduling and meeting with clients
* Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
The Person:
* Design Team Leadership or similar
* Joinery or woodworking background
* SolidWorks Knowledge
* Leadership background in a workshop environment
