The Role of the Care Assistant
* Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and meal times.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a warm and positive environment.
* Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the care home.
* Support residents to participate in recreational activities and maintain their independence where possible.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure residents’ needs are met.
* A real passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the lives of the residents we support.
