 
        
        Are you a confident and experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a newly refurbished children’s home?
We’re looking for an interim Registered Manager to take charge of a residential home supporting looked‑after children aged 8–18 with emotional and social needs. Your leadership will be key in guiding the home through Ofsted re‑registration and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment.
Key Details
 * Location: Lindley, HD3
 * Contract: 3 months (potential extension)
 * Rate: £14/hour + 7% enhancement for flexibility
 * Start Date: From 10th November
 * Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties
Your Role
 * Lead the home through Ofsted re‑registration
 * Manage staff and ensure high standards of care
 * Oversee admissions and safe matching of young people
 * Maintain compliance with Children’s Home Regulations
 * Support young people with emotional regulation and complex needs
What You’ll Need
 * Willingness to be Ofsted registered
 * At least 2 years’ management experience in the last 5 years
 * Experience in mainstream or secure residential settings
 * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
 * Strong safeguarding and therapeutic care knowledge
 * Enhanced DBS and barred list check
