The Vacancy
Multi-Skilled Carpenter
Join our Planned Team as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter with the kitchen installation team, delivering quality carpentry and multi-trade services to maintain and enhance our properties for safe comfortable homes.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with other trades to complete multi-skilled jobs efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and team members.
About You
You’ll be a qualified and experienced carpenter with a broad skill set across multiple trades. You’ll bring a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. A full driving license and the ability to work independently are essential. You should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry. An Asbestos Awareness Level 1 certification is desirable. Additionally, a City & Guilds Level 1 Multi-skilling accreditation or a willingness to work towards it is required.
