About the role As our People System Analyst, you will be part of the People System team to provide support on the development and execution of the HRIS, ensuring that the system match with the needs of the users and are maintained and updated according to the business needs. You will also provide support for the users on issues related to the system and for new users. In addition, you will provide support on the reporting for the People team and wider business.

Key responsibilities Support development of the People systems, in line with the systems design principles, quality standards and best practice
Evaluate user needs and system functionality to ensure alignment
Support all HRIS installation and updates to maintain systems that are fit for business purpose
Support the development and testing of new modules into all HRIS
Keep up to date with the latest technology developments impacting the ongoing utilisation of internal HRIS
Coordinate HRIS scheduled releases and adoption of any mandatory or elected new functionality
Ensure software licensing laws are complied with
Support any HRIS access and permissions requirements and monitor compliance with security policy
Support minor configuration work associated with new releases and/or fix and streamline activity with technical partners where needed
Provide first line support to our People Services team, adhering to the service level agreements
Resolve issues among multiple clients as resource constraints arise
Offer users appropriate support and advice
Ensure training of new People staff to support their internal user needs
Support the monitoring and reporting of adoption level
Support with reporting requirements for People team and wider business
Maintain internal knowledge and compliance with UK and European Data Protection Legislation where relevant
About You Knowledge of Success Factors and UKG Workforce Dimensions would be advantageous
Degree education or equivalent qualifications is preferrable
Practical hands-on experience with applications in a problem-solving capacity
Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Thorough understanding of staffing and business processes and their relations to People Systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical terms to commercial terms that our internal customers can understand
Ability to complete assignments with minimal direct supervision
Strong organisation and time management skills with an eye for details
Keep detailed records regarding problems, causes, decisions and resolutions
Ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines
Able to work well with all levels across the business
Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate a positive can do attitude and customer -oriented mindsets with the ability to understand the needs of the internal customers
