Title: Order Processor
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of incoming orders within agreed SLAs
Coordinate with indirect channel partners to fully understand order requirements
Liaise with other members of the order management department to assist any queries or issues raised from channel partners
Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery, and tracking
Skills and Experience:
Experience in order processing and management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised to coordinate with other departments effectively
