Vision for Education is seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to work across primary and specialist schools in Cwmbran. This role offers valuable hands-on experience while supporting children’s learning, emotional wellbeing and behavioural development. In this position, you will support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping learners to remain engaged, develop emotional regulation, manage behaviour and build positive relationships within a supportive and inclusive school environment.
