KS2/KS3 Specialist Teacher - Small Group Interventions Location: Bromley Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term Term-time only
We are seeking an experienced KS2/KS3 Specialist Teacher with QTS to deliver targeted small-group intervention sessions across partnership schools in Bromley.
This role is ideal for a confident practitioner with strong KS2 core subject knowledge, particularly English, Maths, and Science, who is passionate about closing attainment gaps and building pupil confidence.
The Role
* Deliver structured, high-impact intervention sessions to small groups
* Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
* Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and academic skills
* Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to teaching and intervention staff
* Work collaboratively with SEN and Intervention teams
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong curriculum knowledge across KS2 and KS3
* Essential: confident delivery of English, Maths, and Science at KS2
* Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Available to start at short notice
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
