This exciting new position involves working closely with our customers, suppliers and technicians. What You’ll Do Operate and maintain moulding equipment to produce top-quality products for the subsea industry. Manage and plan the daily workload to ensure scheduled deliveries are met. Ensure precision and consistency in all moulded products by monitoring processes and making the necessary adjustments. Collaborate with the operations manager and production teams to enhance efficiency and overall product quality. Troubleshoot technical issues effectively and contribute to continual improvement ideas. Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards. What We’re Looking For An individual proficient in subsea moulding processes, with a preference for those with experience of cable harness manufacture; however, we welcome applications from less experienced candidates. Knowledge of polymer materials and moulding techniques. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
