* Employment type: Full-time, Hybrid – Minimum 2/3 days a week in office.

* Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 starting, with a banding structure and promotion opportunities, including 6-month reviews and 12-month pay rises based on performance.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (Flexible start/finish times allowed within reason).

Responsibilities

* Develop digital learning materials (questions, tests, mock exams, videos, interactive lessons, assessments) aligned with educational standards and curricula.
* Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, animations, audio) to enhance learning experiences.
* Ensure content aligns with educational standards and curriculum frameworks, mapping to specific learning objectives.
* Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to accessibility standards.
* Collaborate with graphic designers and team members to create cohesive, engaging content.
* Organise and manage content, ensuring easy accessibility and proper categorisation, while maintaining version control.
* Stay updated with the latest content creation methods and technologies to improve content development, such as leveraging AI to help build and rework content.

Requirements

* Recent graduate in an English degree preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
* Proficient in multimedia tools and content management systems.
