What you’ll be doing
Sales: Answering daily call across our portfolio of services and booking them into the pre paid system.
Welcome & double-check bookings – pets, parking, allergies, access codes, payment… you catch it all.
Build and tweak schedules – drop jobs into our all-in-one platform so routes are lean and customers are keen.
Shepherd the fleet in real time – issue job sheets, reroute if traffic snarls, and keep techs feeling supported.
Keep customers in the loop – friendly ETA messages, instant heads-ups if we’re delayed, sincere solutions when life wobbles.
Tame the unexpected – flat tyres, lost keys, surprise VIP bookings… you improvise Plan B before the kettle boils.
Capture crystal-clear data – arrival times, mileage, feedback; the details that help us plant more trees and cut more waste.
