Salary: £25,000-£26,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, (9am to 5pm) (occasional weekend & evening work may be required)

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Support Officer.
As a Student Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our student support department. To be a successful as a SS administrator, you should be committed to facilitating smooth, efficient office operations by planning carefully, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable assistance. Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Support the onboarding process of new students by assisting with enrolment procedures, sending out timetables, as well as assisting returning students.
Deal with part-time students’ timetables and assigning groups/ILPs.
Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Inductions coordination, including attendance monitoring.
Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies.
To help facilitate Student Survey data and interpret any results from within the survey when required.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
Willingness to learn and develop and contribute to the wider activities of Student Support and of the school.
Proficiency in using IT technology to record and search student data base.
