Lead high-performing teams that power critical national operations. In this role you will manage a team of Supply Chain Coordinators, oversee order management, ensure services and systems are delivered efficiently, and continuously improve processes.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Coordinators to achieve business and personal objectives
* Oversee open order management, requisition to purchase order conversion, and invoice query resolution
* Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and service level agreements
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and best practice
* Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to support accurate reporting and forecasting
Essential Experience
* Proven experience within supply chain or procurement operations
* Demonstrable experience managing or leading teams in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong knowledge of order management, goods received processes and invoice resolution
* Ability to analyse data, produce reports and communicate insights effectively
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications
* GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
Desirable
* CIPS qualification or equivalent
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check security clearance for this role.
