Welsh Speaking Recruitment Administrator - Remote - Contract until 31st December 2025\n Paying £15.04 per hour, Monday-Friday for 37 hours\n \n A fantastic remote opportunity for an experienced Welsh Speaking Administrator. The role of Recruitment Administrator will be working within the HR and Recruitment team supporting through a period of transformation. The role will play a vital role in assisting colleagues across the organisation by providing ongoing support in all onboarding and compliance tasks. \n \n Duties and responsibilities: \n\nDealing with general recruitment and onboarding queries.\nDrafting changes to employment contracts and terms and conditions. \nTaking minutes of meetings to a professional standard.\nGenerating offer letters to internal candidates.\nUpdating the HR system ensuring all recruitment activities are correctly recorded. \nUpdating and managing information trackers using SharePoint and Excel.\nAssisting the recruitment supervisor with the onboarding process of successful candidates, including preparing, verifying, and storing documents in line with GDPR and other vetting processes. \n Required Skills and Experience \n\nGood written and verbal skills.\nFluent in the Welsh language.\nStrong IT and accurate data entry skills.\nRecruitment and HR experience is preferable
