THE ROLE
We’re looking for a key player to join our Client Services team, leading projects for a global sports brand within its Football Business Unit. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the client and staying across every detail of their projects.
We\'re after someone with a genuine passion for sport and culture, especially football, who brings energy, focus, and commitment to their work. You’ll be part of a medium-sized team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment, leading your own projects while collaborating closely with the wider team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading day-to-day management of multiple projects, owning timelines, task delivery and quality
* Acting as the main client contact — leading calls, sharing updates, and managing expectations
* Translating briefs and feedback into clear, concise internal debriefs
* Presenting creative work with confidence, ensuring internal sign-off at each stage
* Collaborating with strategy, creative and production teams to shape and challenge ideas
* Maintaining a solid grasp of the creative and strategic direction across your projects
* Managing creative and design resourcing, ensuring appropriate staffing for project needs
* Managing internal and client-facing status reporting and documentation
* Leading elements of production where needed, including managing clients on set
* Monitoring workload and escalating for support when required, working closely with senior team members
* Ensuring all work follows internal sign-off and approval processes
* Adhering to our local & environmental purchasing policies, reviewing the targets from our impact report
ABOUT YOU
* Experienced in running multiple mixed-media campaigns simultaneously
* Skilled at building trusted client relationships and presenting ideas with clarity and impact
* Confident managing stills and/or motion shoots, with experience supporting clients on set
* Proficient in creating and managing presentations across Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Keynote
* Comfortable estimating and financially tracking projects
* Detail-oriented, well-organised and calm under pressure
* Brings fresh thinking and cultural insight to the team
* 4+ years’ experience in Account Management or Senior Account Management within a creative or agency environment
* Understands the end-to-end agency process
* Proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done
