Controls Engineer - PLC programming
This company design and manufactures automated machinery and robotic solutions for a range of manufacturing sectors.
PLC programming experience is required.
The Role
* Write the software for the Omron PLC, HMI, program the Fanuc robots
* Develop the control systems from the concept stage through to the final detailed stage
* Working with project leader in planning, organising and managing meetings with the customer
* Specifying and purchasing components
* Assist with the preparation and compilation of manuals
37.5 hours per week, early finish Fridays
Requirements
* Proven ability to write PLC software
* Robot programming experience or automated machinery
* Suitably qualified engineer
Package
* £45K - £60K
* 25 days holiday, pension
