We are seeking dedicated and empathetic in-person tutors to work with both primary and secondary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). A growing number of our referrals are for pupils who have been permanently excluded, and we are therefore looking for tutors who are confident supporting learners with complex needs and disrupted educational histories. Tutors will deliver Maths and English and provide structured, supportive sessions tailored to each pupil. Many of our students have experienced significant gaps in learning and may present with low confidence or challenging behaviours. A calm, patient, and consistent approach is essential. Location: Tutoring will take place in person across Guilford.
