Base Plus Commissions This job is hard, and we know everyone needs a break, so we offer 10 days of paid time off (PTO) to all full-time employees. What We Would Expect From You: This is a dispatch position. Your sole mission is to make sure Legion’s freight is picked up and delivered on time, in one piece. You are responsible for communicating with drivers and dispatchers, negotiating pricing and making sure they understand what we are asking them do to. Once a load is delivered, it is your job to keep all account paperwork in order and make sure our accounting department has all the information they need. You are also responsible for dealing with any in-transit issues, from flat tires to lost drivers, to ensure those critical on-time deliveries.
