With a strong pipeline of work and a growing client base, the business is now seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive further expansion. Your new role
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and promoting thepany’s full range of fit‑out services. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape business development strategy, prepare proposals, attend client meetings and represent thepany at industry events. The role will involve regular travel across the UK to meet clients, visit sites and support the growth of regional opportunities. You will act as a key ambassador for the business, ensuring a strong and consistent presence within themercial interiors market.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have proven experience in business development, sales or client‑facing roles within construction, interiors or a related sector. Strongmunication skills,mercial awareness and the ability to build trust with clients will be essential. A proactive mindset, confidence in presenting and the ability to work independently will help you excel. Flexibility to travel throughout the UK is required.
