Job Description:

* Mon to Fri - 8am - 4pm (with a 30 min unpaid break)
* £14.58 per hour, paid weekly (£28,500 per annum)
* Temp to Perm opportunity

Are you a highly organised professional with an eye for detail and a passion for operational efficiency? We're looking for an Operations Administration Assistant to support the seamless fulfilment of orders in the dynamic world of luxury retail. This is a pivotal role, ensuring smooth coordination between our internal teams and third-party logistics partners to uphold our high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and resolve order management issues promptly, ensuring exceptional service
* Produce commercial invoices accurately and on time
* Serve as a key point of contact for brand stakeholders, understanding and meeting their specific operational needs
* Keep internal and external stakeholders informed throughout the order lifecycle
* Ensure adherence to warehouse shipping schedules and oversee out-of-schedule requests
* Secure bookings with retailers via coordination with logistics partners
* Investigate and resolve claims effectively with our 3PL partner
* Provide support to the Distribution & Logistics team and contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed

What You'll Bring

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Previous experience using SAP, AX, and Salesforce is essential - these systems are core to the daily operations
* Confidence in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels
* French or Italian language skills would be advantageous but not essential.

PAY RATE:

£14.85 per hour, paid weekly in arrears. (This is the equivalent of a £28,500 salary per annum).

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm with a 30 min unpaid break. 37.5 hours paid weekly.
