Job Description
3. Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
4. Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients to resolve payment queries.
5. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
6. Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records.
7. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
8. Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to meet deadlines.
9. Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
10. Contribute to the improvement of accounts receivable processes within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful French Speaking Accounts Receivable professional should have:
11. Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. Speaking German would also be an advantage
13. Experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role within the FMCG industry.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
15. A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
