Confident Administrator required for full time role, based in Portadown Town
Hours of Work: 9am - 5pm
Rate of Pay : £
Duties
1. Provide front of house / reception service including telephone and face to face enquiries
2. First point of contact, to receive maintenance requests from internal and external sources
3. Issue appropriate job orders to appointed contractors
4. Ensuring database is updated on completion of repairs
5. Supporting colleagues in the management of property services, maintenance, grounds maintenance, window cleaning etc
6. To obtain certifications, update and report on statutory requirements ( Gas, Electrical, Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Lifts)
7. To provide an efficient, responsive, and excellent customer focused Property maintenance service to our customers
Candidates should
8. Have a minimum of two years administrative experience.
9. Previous experience in a similar role Helpdesk Operator or Sales Administration would be helpful.
10. Be IT literate with MS Word and Excel experience
11. Have strong organisational skills.
12. Ability to work as part of a team to meet agreed deadlines
