Description The Nexum Group is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, on a permanent basis for our long-standing client. They are a leading specialist Mechanical and Electrical service provider working direct to the client or for tier 1 main contractors on a range of high-profile projects within London and surrounding areas. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic, team oriented and are looking for a challenge in a growing organisation with great career development prospects. This role is focused on projects at Heathrow, where experience within the Airport environment would be most beneficial but not essential. It offers hybrid working arrangements between Heathrow, Central London and working from home, depending on what is best suited to the where suitable candidates reside. In any case you will be expected to work from Heathrow at least twice a week. Reporting to the Commercial Manager the responsibilities, requirements and personal specifications for the position are as outlined below.
