Responsibilities Elevate the brand and marketing to drive the next phase of growth and expand market potential and international presence.
Own paid multi-channel growth strategies across relevant channels.
Lead creative content development and maintain consistent brand identity.
Support partnerships and PR initiatives to amplify brand reach.
Collaborate closely with the founders and lead a small, ambitious in-house marketing team.
Qualifications 8–10 years’ experience in mid- to senior-level marketing leadership roles
Proven experience in the UK beauty industry, specifically within the mid-premium segment
An established personal network and strong references within the industry
Genuine passion and previous experience in entrepreneurship, building brands from the ground up
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive delivery and lead a young, international team
A beauty masks and patches fanatic.
