Job Description
* Manage the entire Accounts Receivable process for French-speaking customers.
* Communicate effectively with customers in French and English to resolve payment issues.
* Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and timely.
* Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
* Assist with audits and financial statements.
* Support with credit control and debt recovery processes.
* Maintain customer relationships and handle queries effectively.
* Adhere to company's financial policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
* Fluency in French and English.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Strong communication skills, particularly in customer service situations.
