Corporate Tax Compliance Specialist
Location: London
Role Type: Contract - 12 months (Mat Leave)
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday mandatory)

What you'll do:
* Corporate income tax accounting and compliance across EMEA, including UK tax returns and stakeholder engagement
* Managing other obligations such as SAO, R&D tax credits, and ad hoc deliverables
* Advise and collaborate with Tax teams and wider business stakeholders on bank corporate tax matters
* Handling tax authority engagements and disputes
* Transfer pricing and assessment of new business initiatives or reorganisations from a corporate income tax perspective
What You Bring:
* ACA or CTA qualified with 10-15 years PQE
* Big 4 experience is preferred
* UK corporate income tax experience (in-house or professional services), ideally in financial services
* Strong experience in UK corporate tax compliance and UK corporate tax accounting.
* Experience with corporate tax cycles, and understanding of key risk and governance principles applicable to corporate taxes
* Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage projects, and stakeholder relationships
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
