Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Shift: Monday - Friday: 3.15pm until 6pm

Main Duties
* Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role successfully.
* Work within a team and on own initiative.
* Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, in line with the Contract and relevant SLAs, carrying out all daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
* Ensure high standards of service delivery.
* Keep all equipment clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
* Report any maintenance issues identified during cleaning tasks.
* Maintain security by locking doors, following lost property procedures, etc.
* Have full knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including work specifications and time allocations.
* Understand all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used by Mitie.
* Set a good example in dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
* Adhere to all Safeguarding Policies and raise concerns as per Mitie policy.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Ensure contractors and visitors comply with security and health & safety policies.
* Build positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service and seeking improvements.
* Perform any other duties within capability, based on business needs.
