We are looking for a dedicated Bank Nurse to work across 7 days a week, covering day and night shifts.
Salary: £23.00 per hour

Requirements: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Due to the role's nature, offers of employment are subject to additional vetting and security checks.
Main duties of the job
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver nurse-led services and prevent hospital admissions
* Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, respond to emergencies, assess patients, and conduct reception screening
* Deliver nurse-led clinics and provide personalized, evidence-based care
* Engage with patients to ensure care is compassionate and tailored to their needs
* Build strong links with partners and stakeholders to promote best practices
* Participate in clinical supervision, quality improvement, and shared learning initiatives
* Share knowledge and skills to ensure safe, effective care within a team environment

Qualifications and experience
* Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Understanding of multidisciplinary and multi-agency working
* Compassionate, non-judgmental approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in hospital, community, or prison settings is desirable but not essential
