What to Expect
* Free team meals every shift – plus unlimited tea.
* £39,000‑£44,000 per year inclusive of tronc; paid monthly.
* A full‑time role with 5 days per week; Monday‑Sunday availability required.
* Weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
* All‑day dining schedule: daytime and evening shifts (no late‑night focus).

* Standard holiday allowance at normal rate; sites close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. If you have children, an extra day is provided for first day of school.

Qualifications
* Several years of experience as a floor manager in a busy hospitality setting.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality, detail, and safety in a dynamic environment.
* Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
* Proactive, with a genuine commitment to making guests and staff happy.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing shifts.
